12 items every girl should have at the gym

I was just thinking I need to go back to the gym. After all a long break, it`s time to start practicing again. My "diet" or, better said, my "eating healthier program" is going well so far (of course, it`s only been a few days but I`m getting used to it). Today, I want to share with you some important items every girl should take with her to the health club:

 1. THE BAG.

Choose the size you need. Maybe you like to take with you a lot of stuff, maybe not, it depends also very much on the kind of training you do. 

2. SHOES.

There are so many colours available in the stores these days, you have so many choices, get the ones you feel most comfortable with and at the same time are fit for your needs.

3. T-SHIRT.

Just like in the case of the first two items, the t-shirt also has to be bought while taking into consideration your personal training routine. It`s better to try more than one material and see which one you like the most. 

4. PANTS.

Personally, I like tight long ones, especially from Nike. You can also wear shorts or 3/4, just pay attention the the quality. Some might not be so elastic or get ripped after 2,3 washes.

5. TOWEL.

Some gyms, most likely the ones which also have a pool might have the option to get a towel from there, well I like to have my own and this is why I always take it with me. 

6. WATER.

I think most clubs have a reception where you can go and buy a bottle, but I like to have the "my Equa" bottle with me during training. 

7. HEADPHONES.

Don`t forget them at home especially if you use to go alone to the gym. Training is easier while listening to your favourite songs on your iPhone or iPod.

8. SOCKS.

It`s better not to train wearing the same socks you had all day. C`mon, they are not so heavy and they don`t occupy much space. You can carry them easily in your perfectly sized gym bag. 

9. FLIP-FLOPS.

You need them to go to the shower after you finished your workout. Walking barefoot through the locker room is not a good idea. 

10. DEO SPRAY.

My advice is to buy a small one and use it only at the gym. Truth be told, the idea is to take only essentials so, you don`t need the extra weight. 

11. ELASTIC HAIR SPRING.

It`s not comfortable to have the hair all over the face during training and for the ladies with medium or long hair, this is the solution.

12. MAKEUP.

Right before leaving, some woman choose to use makeup, so, if you are one of them, don`t forget the basic stuff you need to get your makeup done.
